Hello!
My name is Miranda (she/her). I completed my undergraduate education at Colorado State University (Go Rams!) with a degree in Biological Science. It was in Fort Collins that I developed an intense love for the outdoors and everything wild. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Integrative Biology (IBIO) and Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior (EEB) from Michigan State University. Go science!
I hope to couple work in Science Communication with studying the effects of anthropogenic change on species of conservation concern. There is more info on my research here. I love traveling and am always searching for my next adventure. So far my international travels (and some research) have taken me to Canada, Ireland, and Iceland. I hope to add more places soon!
